About Me: I have extensive experience helping companies with their agile transformations using Kanban and other Agile methodologies. I am eager to help others learn the Kanban system. I have been quoted as saying, “Discovering Kanban is like finding a secret decoder ring.” “Secret” because it is not as well-known as other frameworks and “decoder” because it can stand alone or compliment any framework.

I consider myself a leader in the Agile community working behind the scenes on annual “Give-Thanks-for-Scrum” and monthly Agile-Boston events. When not working in the Agile community, I love to train in multiple martial arts and I teach Tai Chi in the Boston area!

Favorite Quote: “…Water is yielding but all-conquering. Water extinguishes Fire, or finds itself likely to be defeated, escapes as steams and re-forms. Water washes away soft Earth, or when confronted by rocks, seeks a way around. Water corrodes Iron ‘il it crumbles to dust; it saturates the atmosphere… For no power can prevent it following its destined course to the sea. Water conquers by yielding; it never attacks but always wins the last battle…” – Tao Cheng, 11th century Taoist scholar
