Do you offer discounts for students?
Yes! The amount of discount offered is up to each ProKanban Trainer. Please contact the PKT directly for the course you are interested in to enquire about specific amounts.
Do you offer special pricing for big teams?
Yes! Please reach out to support to tell us more about your teams and organization and we will work with you to determine a rate and match you with the right ProKanban Trainer.
What is the past experience of your teachers?
All of our trainers are required to pass PKI and PAM with a 95% before applying. A big part of our application process assesses how our trainers deliver content in the class room and each is required to demonstrate competency teaching before they are approved.
What is the course refund policy?
Any refund requests need to be handled with the ProKanban Trainers directly, however, please reach out to support if you are unable to reach an amicable resolution.
