Professional Applied Metrics Certification

Prove your Kanban knowledge and get certified
The Professional Applied Metrics (PAM) assessment is available to anyone who wishes to validate their depth of knowledge of flow metrics for predictability. Those who pass the assessment will receive the industry recognized PAM Certification to demonstrate their knowledge of probabilistic forecasting
Taking a course is not required and if you feel that you already possess a high level of knowledge, understanding of metrics and how to apply them for forecasting, you have the option to take the PAM assessment directly. However, there are courses available to help you prepare for the assessment and gain a stronger understanding of metrics.
Prepare for the Assessment
The assessment is difficult; preparation is required to achieve a passing score. Reading the Kanban Guide and taking the Open Assessments alone is not typically enough preparation and we recommend reviewing the following content:
We have curated a list of learning resources that are specifically geared toward toward helping our users to be successful in taking the PAM assessment – you can find those HERE!
The assessment also covers topics from multiple competencies and focus areas as defined by these resources
To protect the integrity of the certification process, ProKanban.Org does not share information about the specific questions that were answered correctly or incorrectly.

Using the Google Translate plug-in to take the PAM Assessment
For those of you who are not native English speakers, we have had many assessment takers successfully use the Google Translate Plug-in to help when taking the test. We cannot guarantee the quality of the translation, however feedback has been quite good.
