Throughout my career, I’ve held key positions such as Test Lead, Test Manager, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Agile Coach, and Agile Trainer. This extensive experience has equipped me with the skills to help organizations of all sizes, from public to private sector, across sectors like Finance, Banking, Insurance, e-Commerce, HR, Legal, Telephony, Taxation, Law and Police sectors and more. I've had the privilege of working with global teams across the UK, Europe, the USA, Asia, and India, which has given me a diverse, well-rounded perspective on delivering value to customers through agile transformations. I have lead teams such as Infrastructure, Platform, Application, Data & Analytics, Digital and Cyber Security. My expertise spans a wide range of technologies—from legacy systems to modern cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Oracle—allowing me to adapt to a variety of business needs. As a passionate advocate for agile principles, I’ve helped countless individuals and organizations successfully navigate the shift from traditional to new ways of working. Whether it's guiding C-level executives through digital transformation or coaching teams on embracing agile practices, my approach is always hands-on, practical, and focused on delivering optimized flow of value.
