Cheng Fu helps enterprises turn AI ambition into sustainable, measurable delivery capability. As an enterprise AI transformation and agile delivery lead at one of the world's leading airlines, he works at the intersection of AI acceleration, product operating models, portfolio delivery, workforce readiness, and organisational change. Through the AI Center of Excellence, he partners with senior leaders, product teams, AI champions, and delivery organisations to scale responsible AI adoption across the software delivery lifecycle. His work focuses on making AI adoption practical, measurable, and human-centred. He helps teams identify high-value AI use cases, integrate AI-enabled ways of working into delivery practices, and establish feedback loops that connect productivity, employee sentiment, adoption confidence, and business impact. He also supports leaders in understanding role evolution, capability gaps, and the organisational conditions needed for AI to create sustainable value. Cheng Fu combines Kanban, Scrum, OKRs, flow metrics, Prosci change management, product thinking, and Co-Active coaching to help organisations move from activity-based delivery to outcome-focused product management. His coaching approach is grounded in the belief that people are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. He creates environments where leaders and teams can surface better options, act with clarity, and deliver meaningful outcomes. Across aviation, government, telecommunications, defence, education, and consulting, Cheng Fu has helped organisations strengthen delivery effectiveness, improve business agility, and build transformation capability in complex environments. As a Professional Kanban Trainer, ICAgile Authorised Instructor, Professional Scrum Master III, and Co-Active trained coach, he brings both practical enterprise delivery experience and deep coaching capability.
