As Head of Customer Experience at 55 Degrees, I ensure our customers know how to use our tools. Our main one, ActionableAgile Analytics, is all about flow metrics, becoming more predictable and more confident in forecasting outcomes. To better help them, I needed to understand better the different methodologies, and that's how I decided to become a PKT. This is such a great community, and I'm proud to be a part of it!
