I have been working in the IT industry since 2013, starting as a manual tester in a small start-up. Over the years, I explored various roles, including QA (manual and automation), business analyst, project manager, and scrum master, before finding my passion. Sharing my agile knowledge has become my focus. I enjoy helping individuals and organizations embrace the agile mindset and building a strong culture around it. I have experience working with Scrum, Kanban, the NEXUS Scaled Scrum Framework, Lean Management, and Management 3.0. Additionally, I had the privilege of sharing my insights as a guest on the Scrum Master Toolbox podcast.
