My career began as a software engineer, and I have since led successful software engineering and Agility teams in several industries, delivering exceptional customer and business results. I am passionate about people and creating an inclusive workplace that welcomes individuals from different backgrounds and perspectives to perform at their best. My dedication lies in building capabilities in those I work with and lead, solving problems through data, and utilising technology to positively impact business and customer outcomes. I am an Ivy House Leadership Porgramme graduate, adopting a mindset of 100% ownership, and focused on developing my core strengths and values of trust, integrity, and focus. I am an Agile practitioner, a certified business coach, a classroom trainer in Kanban and Scrum methodologies and an expert in Flow & Lean practices. I hold a degree in Statistics and Mathematics and have published peer-reviewed research in Information Technology and User Experience.
