I like pirates. Yes, arrrrrrrr, pirates. I believe rum is the reason they didn’t rule the world. I like comic books, Marvel not DC, and Harry Potter. I share my office with 2 turtles and 10 fish and the occasional visit from a canine or two. I’ve been told my superpower is positivity and that I have entirely too much energy first thing in the morning. I believe it is amazing what you can learn about leadership by watching your kids. I’m also a passionate agile leader and trainer who looks forward to helping others find the best version of themselves. I’m known to be a bit of a rabble rouser, but I think that comes with the territory. I can totally geek out for hours about what to measure, being predictable, and how to get there. I’m very passionate about Flow and all the things that come with it. I hope that I can instill that passion in others through my training. This is fun for me.
