I work in and with software development teams for more than 20 years and still enjoy it a lot. I love to develop software and think about technical problems. I also enjoy working with teams on the meta level and help them improve their processes and ways of working. Working in a team, creating value for customers and all that by continuousloy improving flow and reducing risk are my motivators. I live with my wife and our three children near Munich, Germany.
