Enthusiasm, full of energy, rebellious and creative. These are words that describe me well. I like to inspire people to do more of what makes them happy. On and off stage.  Since 2016 I work with Lean and Agile. Within these years I have lead process improvements, coached Agile teams & (their) management and trained over more than a thousand people in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum and Kanban. I’ve worked in different inductries and companies, from construction to healthcare and from finance to education.  Agile and Lean, and their complementary toolset, frameworks and methods are of supportive help whilst working with a team, a department or organisation to reach goals and be even more successful. For me it’s all about making a practical translation from all the concepts to something that works and make people smile. Also in my private life I like to use of elements to make our life simpler and more fun. That's why I like Kanban so much: you create your own way of working to improve flow and your service delivery.
